Innovis was retained by a large investment bank to review the technical capabilities of a muti billion dollar global acquisition target. As part of the due diligence team, Innovis analyzed the target company, identified the strengths of the company’s technology, enumerated the risks and developed remediation plans and controls to manage the integration phase. The Innovis team managed the technical integration of the target into the acquiring company. This included all aspects of the systems and processes required to achieve the goals of the acquisition. The integration was completed on time and within budget.

Technology Overhaul

Growth at a multi-national law firm was being hampered by reaped technology failures. Innovis was retained to review the technology in place at the firm, identify process and technology problems, develop an architecture that would enable growth and implement the new technology.
